Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Buyer and the Seller MB Gripliin when purchasing goods from the online store.

Prices

All prices are indicated in euros. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and apply discounts at any time. The price valid at the time of placing the order shall apply.

Order Processing and Delivery

The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Further delivery times depend on the selected postal or courier service provider. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.

Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the goods or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by Lithuanian law.
